With ticket sales now in their final stages, certainly Texas Tech knows the new seat count. I do remember many, MANY assurances in the previous two seasons when we were told the seating total would not go under 60,000. That said, this looks good for the select few who will benefit from this end zone. It certainly looks better than the 50 yard line first row seats I had at the Texas Tech vs. Texas game last year. If it had better views, I’d have considered changing from my 50 yard line season tickets at The Jones. Maybe the next “expansion” can rip out 7,000 seats at the 50 and put in 500 loge seats with a private bar, too?

Love Gerry already. Gotta love good hearted genuine people. Looking like a good hire already. Kirby shooting hot with the hires. Haha we are with you coach win or tie 🤣. I have never heard that one before how clever. Look forward to following Tech softball with Gerry Glasco as our skipper. 👆

I got to meet Wes the day after the 2003 A&M game standing in line at Spanky's. I was ten years older than him, and I just congratulated him on an awesome game. He could not have been more gracious. I reached to shake his hand, and he literally pulled me forward and thanked me for the support from the alumni. I wanted so badly to buy his meal, but...rules and stuff. I know several people that have met him, and have not heard one negative word about him. One friend repeated that A&M game story to him, and he said "I'm not sure I remember that." My friend showed him my picture on his phone and Wes says "I know that dude!" His story is very inspirational, and Tech was very lucky to have him. Congratulations to Wes, obviously deserved.
